There are 6 games in the Premier League on Boxing Day with 4 on Sunday the 27th. Here are the games and my predictions.
We start it out with Manchester United playing Leicester City at 4:30 AM PT (12:30 PM in Britain). This match up is a great one. Leicester has a lot of talented player and is led by an awesome forward in Jamie Vardy. Man U has great players led by Paul Pogba has been said to have a very very good attitude about the game according to Man U manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær. Leicester is at number 2 on the Premier League table behind Liverpool while Man U is at 3 on the table. Man U has to win to take the 2nd spot. Man U has 26 points and Leicester has 27. If they draw and Chelsea or Everton wins, Everton takes 2 and Chelsea takes 3. If just Chelsea wins, they will take 2nd due to goal difference. I think that Pogba and Man U will win and take 2nd because I think Solskjær is getting his men really ready for this match. I think the final will be 1-0 with a penalty in the 55th minute being the only goal.
The second game on Boxing Day is between Aston Villa and Crystal Palace at 7 AM PT (3 PM in Britain). Crystal and Aston Villa are both good teams led by good players. Aston has 22 points and is at 9th on the Premier League Table. Crystal has 18 and is at 13th on the table. Aston can jump to 6 if they win, Man City, Tottenham and Southhampton loses. I think that the match will end in a draw of 0-0.
Fulham is facing Southampton also at 7 AM PT (3 PM in Britain). Southampton is at 7 on the table with 24 points while Fulham is in a relegation spot at 18 with 10 points. Fulham can get out of a relegation spot with a win and a Brighton & Hove Albion loss. Southampton can jump to three if Man U, Everton, Chelsea, and Tottenham all lose. Forward Danny Ings, Forward Che Adams, and Midfielder James Ward-Prowse lead Southampton. Ings has 6 goals (leads team) and 3 assists. Che Adams has 4 goals and 4 assists (leads team). James Ward-Prowse has 4 goals and 3 assists. Bobby De Cordova-Reid leads Fulham in goals with 4 goals and André-Frank Zambo Anguissa with 2 assists. I think Southampton will win 2-1 with Adams and Ings scoring for Southampton and Aleksandar Mitrovic scoring a late goal for Fulham.
Arsenal is facing Chelsea at 9:30 AM PT (5:30 PM in Britain). Arsenal has not won in their last 8 games against Premier League opponets. Chelsea is at 5th with 25 points with Arsenal is at 15th with 14 points. If Arsenal loses, they can drop to 17 if Brighton & Hove Albion and Burnley win. If Arsenal wins and Leeds loses, Arsenal will take 14th. Arsenal without a doubt, is dropping. They have a good manager and good players, but ever since Wenger left, Arsenal has started to decline. Though Arsenal has done well in the FA Cup and Europa League, they haven't been in the Champions League for 4 years. Arsenal and Chelsea are huge clubs and are crosstown rivals. From Stamford Bridge to Emirates Stadium, this rivalry is deep. Born and raised Arsenal fans are grown to despise Chelsea, Tottenham, Man U, Man City, and countless other teams. Chelsea can jump to 2 if Everton loses and Man U v. Leicester ends in a draw. Chelsea is led by Tammy Abraham, Timo Werner, Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount, Kurt Zouma, and Ben Chilwell. Being an Arsenal fan, I was heartbroken when my favorite player (Pulisic) joined Chelsea. Arsenal is led by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who has 3 goals (leads team). Arsenal hasn't played one of thr great players on their team, World Cup Champion Mesut Özil. Instead, they've been using Willian, Dani Cellabos, Granit Xhaka, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, and Mohamed Elneny at midfield. I think Arsenal will get back on track with a 4-3 win against Chelsea. I think Aubameyang will have 2 goals with Özil coming back and scoring a goal. I think Alexandre Lacazette will also score a goal for Arsenal. I think Werner will score 2 goals and Abraham will score a goal for Chelsea. A win will boost Arsenal's confidence and help them get back on track. GO GUNNERS!!!!
Manchester City is facing Newcastle United at 12:00 PM PT (8 PM in Britain). Man City is at 8 with 23 points. They are led by Kevin De Bruyne who has 2 goals and 7 assists (leads team). Raheem Sterling and Riyad Mahrez both lead the team with 4 goals each. Newcastle are lead by Callum Wilson who has 8 goals (leads team) and has 3 assists (leads team). If Newcastle wins and Wolverhampton loses or draws, they can jump to 11. Man City can jump to 3 if they win and Southampton, Tottenham, Chelsea, Everton, and Man U loses. I think it will end in a 1-1 draw with Kevin De Bruyne scoring for Man City and Joelinton scoring for Newcastle.
Sheffield United is facing Everton at 12 PM PT (8 PM in Britain). Everton has a dominant leading scorer in Dominic Calvert-Lewin with 11 goals. David McGoldrick leads scoring for Sheffield with 4 goals. The teams are 1-1 playing eachother in the modern Premier League era. They played eachother in 2019 and 2020, but the most recent time they played before that was in 2011 in the Carabao Cup when Everton beat Sheffield 3-1. Everton is in 4th and can jump to 2nd if Leicester and Man U end in a draw and Everton wins or if Man U wins by 1 and Everton wins by 3. Sheffield is in dead last on the table with 2 points. Their goal difference is a -17 while West Bromwich Albion's goal difference is -19. Sheffield can not move out of the last spot even if they get a win. It would help them though if they did win and West Bromvich Albion loses. I think that Everton will blowout Sheffield 5-0 with 2 goals from Calvert-Lewin, 1 goal from Michael Keane, 1 goal from Richarlison, and 1 goal from Lucas Digne.

Leeds has done well in their return to the Premier League, and they're led by their top scorer Patrick Bamford with 9 goals (leads team). They're also led by Mateusz Klich with 3 goals and 4 assists (leads team). Burnley is led by Chris Wood with 3 goals (leads team). Burnley is at 16 with 13 points while Leeds is at 14 with 17 points on the table. If Burnley wins and Arsenal loses or draws, Burnley will take the 15th spot. If Leeds win, Newcastle loses or draws, Crystal Palace loses or draws, and Wolverhampton loses, they can jump to 11. I think Leeds will win 1-0 with a late goal from Stuart Dallas.
West Ham United is playing Brighton & Hove Albion at 6:15 AM PT (2:15 PM in Britain). West Ham is at 10 with 21 points while Brighton is at 17 with 12 points. Brighton can jump to 16th with a draw or win and a Burnley loss. They can jump to 15 if they win and a Burnley and Arsenal loss. West Ham can jump to 7 with a 4 point win (ex: 4-0) and a Southampton, Aston Villa, Man City, and Tottenham loss. West Ham is led by Jarrod Bowen with 4 goals (leads team) and 2 assists. Brighton is led by Neal Maupay who has 4 goals (leads team) and 1 assist. I think Brighton and West Ham will draw 1-1.

Bromwich is led by Callum Robinson and Conor Gallagher who lead the team with 2 goals. I think Liverpool will beat West Bromwich 4-0 with a hat trick from Salah and a goal from Sadio Mané.
The Wolverhampton Wanderers are facing Tottenham Hotspur at 11:15 AM PT (7:15 PM in Britain). Wolverhampton is in 11th with 20 points and Tottenham is in 6th with 25 points. Wolverhampton can jump to 8th with a win, a West Ham, Aston Villa, and Man City loss. Wolverhampton has to win by 12 though to get into 8th. Tottenham can jump to 2 with a win and a Chelsea and Everton loss and Man U and Leicester draw.
